I can't find my saved data

Almost always this means you're signed into a different account or browser. Sign in with your original email and your data reappears.

Your saved data is tied to the account you were signed into when you entered it. To find it:

  1. Sign in with the exact email you used — data won't appear under a different account. If you have two emails, try both. See I can't log in.
  2. Use the same login method — if you entered data while signed in, it won't show on a logged-out public tool page. Sign in first.
  3. Check the same tool — saves are per-tool; open the specific tool you used.
  4. Refresh or try another browser — a stale session can hide recent saves.

Entered a lot of data and it's truly gone after all that? Contact us with your account email and the tool name — we can check our records and restore it.
