📊 Terms Made Simple
Value Score: A composite rating (1-100) that balances price, hours included, and package inclusions. A $5K photographer with 10hr + album scores higher than a $4K photographer with 6hr and no album.
Cost Per Hour: Total quote divided by hours included. This standardizes quotes so you can compare a 6-hour package to an 8-hour package fairly.
Inclusions Score: Rate each vendor's package 1-10 based on what's included (albums, 2nd shooter, drone, travel, edits, etc). Higher = more comprehensive package.
Price Range: The gap between cheapest and most expensive quote. A wide range means you have negotiating room — or very different service levels.
