TSH (0.4-4.0 mIU/L): Thyroid Stimulating Hormone. The primary indicator of thyroid function. Higher = underactive thyroid. Lower = overactive.
Free T4 (0.7-1.8 ng/dL): The active form of thyroid hormone. Works with TSH to determine thyroid health.
Free T3 (2.0-4.4 pg/mL): The most active thyroid hormone. Low T3 can cause fatigue despite normal TSH.
Medication Adherence: Taking your Levothyroxine consistently is critical. Even one missed dose affects TSH for weeks.
