How To Use
Track your PCOS symptoms and see what's actually moving the needle
🚀 Getting Started
1
Rate Your Symptoms
Score acne, excess hair growth, and hair thinning on 0-10 scales. Be honest — this baseline lets you measure improvement over time.
2
Log Cycle Data
Last cycle length and cycles per year. Regular cycles (every 21-35 days) are the clearest sign of improvement. Irregular or absent periods signal unmanaged PCOS.
3
Track Lifestyle Factors
Exercise, weight, insulin resistance symptoms. PCOS is highly responsive to lifestyle changes — the dashboard shows which factors are in range and which need work.
4
Read Your PCOS Score
The dashboard calculates a composite score based on all your inputs. Share the print report with your OB-GYN or endocrinologist to guide treatment decisions.
📊 Terms Made Simple
Insulin Resistance: Your body makes insulin but can't use it efficiently. Affects 70-80% of PCOS patients. Drives weight gain, androgen production, and irregular cycles. Metformin and inositol target this directly.
Androgens: "Male" hormones (testosterone, DHEA-S) that women produce in small amounts. PCOS causes excess production — leading to acne, hirsutism, and hair thinning. Spironolactone blocks androgen effects.
Oligomenorrhea: Infrequent periods (fewer than 8-9 cycles per year or cycles longer than 35 days). This is the most visible PCOS symptom and the most important to track — regular cycles mean your treatment is working.
AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone): Blood test that indicates ovarian reserve. PCOS patients often have high AMH (>4.0 ng/mL) because of excess follicles. High AMH with irregular cycles = classic PCOS presentation.
