How To Use
Track your menstrual cycle — predict periods, understand patterns
🚀 Getting Started
1
Enter Your Cycle Day
Day 1 = first day of your period. The dashboard calculates which phase you're in and predicts your next period.
2
Rate Your Symptoms
Flow heaviness, cramp pain, PMS severity, mood swings — all on 0-10 scales. Tracking these reveals YOUR unique pattern.
3
See Your Pattern
After 3+ cycles, the tracker identifies your rhythm — how regular you are, when PMS hits, how long your flow lasts, and what's normal for you.
4
Share With Your OB If Needed
Irregular cycles, heavy flow, or severe pain? Print your cycle report. "My periods are 7 days with 8/10 cramps" is more useful than "my period sucks."
📊 Terms Made Simple
Follicular Phase: Day 1 (period start) through ovulation. Your body is building a new egg. Estrogen rises. Energy typically increases. Length varies most between people.
Luteal Phase: Ovulation through period. Progesterone rises. PMS symptoms appear here (days 21-28 typically). This phase is usually 12-14 days regardless of total cycle length.
Menorrhagia: Abnormally heavy or prolonged periods (>7 days or soaking a pad/tampon every hour). Affects ~30% of women. If this is you, tell your OB — it's not "just a bad period."
PMDD: Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder — severe PMS that significantly disrupts daily life. Affects ~5% of menstruating people. Not "being dramatic." SSRIs (taken luteal phase only) are highly effective.
