How To Use
Track your IVF journey with real data — costs, outcomes, and success rates
🚀 Getting Started
1
Enter Your Cycle Number
Which IVF cycle you're on (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.). Each cycle is a complete retrieval-to-transfer round.
2
Log Eggs & Embryos
How many eggs were retrieved, how many fertilized into embryos, and how many were transferred. The funnel from eggs → embryos → transfer is your key metric.
3
Enter Costs
Medication costs (stims, triggers, progesterone) and clinic fees (retrieval, transfer, monitoring, labs) separately. This reveals your true cost per embryo.
4
Review Your Dashboard
See cost per embryo, cumulative investment, success rates for your age, and evidence-based recommendations. Share the print report with your partner or RE.
📊 Terms Made Simple
Fertilization Rate: The percentage of retrieved eggs that successfully fertilize into embryos. Average is 60-80%. Lower rates may indicate egg quality or sperm issues.
Blast Rate: The percentage of embryos that develop to blastocyst stage (day 5-6). Average is 40-60%. Higher blast rates suggest better embryo quality and lab conditions.
PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing): Testing embryos for chromosomal abnormalities before transfer. Adds $3K-$6K but can prevent failed transfers and miscarriages by selecting euploid embryos.
FET (Frozen Embryo Transfer): Transferring a previously frozen embryo. Often has equal or better success rates than fresh transfers because your body has recovered from stimulation.
