How To Use
Track hormone symptoms — find out which hormones are actually off
🚀 Getting Started
1
Rate Your Symptoms
Energy, fatigue, sleep, stress, mood, brain fog — each on a scale. The dashboard cross-references these against known hormone patterns.
2
Note Physical Changes
Weight change, hair changes, temperature intolerance, skin issues, libido, cycle regularity. These physical signs point to specific hormones.
3
See Which Hormones Are Suspect
The tracker maps your symptoms to thyroid, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and insulin. You'll see which patterns match.
4
Request the Right Labs
Print your report and ask your doctor for specific labs based on your symptom profile. "I think my thyroid is off — here's my symptom pattern" gets better care than "I'm tired."
📊 Terms Made Simple
Hypothyroidism: Underactive thyroid. Fatigue, weight gain, cold intolerance, dry skin, hair loss, brain fog, constipation. Affects ~5% of women. TSH test is step 1 but also check Free T3, Free T4, and antibodies.
Cortisol Dysregulation: Not just "high stress." Chronic cortisol elevation disrupts ALL other hormones — thyroid, estrogen, progesterone, insulin. Symptoms: wired-but-tired, belly fat, anxiety, insomnia, afternoon crash. 4-point cortisol saliva test is gold standard.
Estrogen Dominance: Too much estrogen relative to progesterone. Causes: weight gain, heavy periods, breast tenderness, mood swings, fibroids. Can occur even with "normal" estrogen if progesterone is too low.
Insulin Resistance: Affects ALL hormones. Drives weight gain, PCOS, inflammation, and hormone imbalance. Often missed on standard blood work — ask for fasting insulin (not just glucose). Target: fasting insulin <10.
