How To Use
Track your cycle with precision — understand your fertile window
🚀 Getting Started
1
Enter Your Cycle Day
Day 1 is the first day of your period. Enter what day you're on today. This is the foundation for all predictions.
2
Log Your BBT
Take your temperature first thing every morning BEFORE getting out of bed. After ovulation, BBT typically rises 0.2-0.5°F and stays elevated.
3
Check OPK & Cervical Mucus
A positive OPK means ovulation is likely within 12-36 hours. Egg white cervical mucus (EWCM) is the most fertile type — it helps sperm survive up to 5 days.
4
Read Your Dashboard
The dashboard combines all your data to predict your fertile window, estimate ovulation, and flag signs your body is giving you. Check it daily.
📊 Terms Made Simple
BBT (Basal Body Temperature): Your lowest resting temperature, taken first thing in the morning. After ovulation, progesterone causes BBT to rise 0.2-0.5°F. This "shift" confirms ovulation happened — but can't predict it in advance.
OPK (Ovulation Predictor Kit): Tests for luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine. A positive OPK means your LH is surging and ovulation will likely occur within 12-36 hours. This IS predictive — it tells you ovulation is coming, not that it already happened.
EWCM (Egg White Cervical Mucus): The stretchy, clear, slippery discharge that looks like raw egg whites. This is your body's most fertile mucus — it nourishes and transports sperm, and typically appears 1-2 days before ovulation.
DPO (Days Past Ovulation): How many days since you ovulated. The two-week wait (TWW) from ovulation to either a positive test or your period starts at 1 DPO. Most pregnancy tests are reliable from 12-14 DPO.
