How To Use
Track your Crohn's disease systematically to identify patterns and work with your GI team.
๐Ÿš€ Getting Started
1
Log Daily Symptoms
Track bowel movements, pain, fatigue, and flare status. Consistency is key โ€” daily logging reveals patterns that episodic tracking misses.
2
Log Your Meals
Note what you eat and how you feel 2-4 hours later. Over time, patterns emerge: certain foods trigger flares, others are always safe.
3
Take Your Meds
Track medication adherence. Missing doses directly correlates with flare risk. This data helps your GI doctor see if your current treatment is working.
4
Review Your Gut Health Score
The dashboard combines all markers into one score. Use this to track remission progress and spot early flare warning signs.
๐Ÿฅ Understanding Your Score
Gut Health Score (0-100): Combines bowel regularity, pain, fatigue, sleep, flare status, and medication adherence. 75+ = Remission. 55-74 = Stable. 40-54 = Active. <40 = Crisis.
Bowel Regularity Scoring: 2-4 movements/day = optimal (25pts). 1 or 5-6 = acceptable (15pts). 0 or 7+ = concerning (5pts).
Stress & Gut Connection: Stress triggers flares. Sleep, food choices, and stress management are as important as medication. This tracker captures all three.
Share With Your GI: Print your report and bring it to appointments. Hard data on triggers, flare patterns, and medication response helps optimize your treatment.
