This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website at digitaldashboardhub.com and our SaaS dashboard tools (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: Email address provided during registration and any optional profile details you choose to add
  • Tool data: Data you enter, save, or generate when using our interactive dashboard tools (e.g., budget entries, habit logs, wellness metrics)
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team or feedback you submit

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, tools viewed, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and general device category
  • Log data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs

Payment Information

We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect your card number, billing address, and other payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive only a limited transaction record (e.g., last four digits of your card, transaction amount, and subscription status) from Stripe.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its tools
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Save your tool data and preferences so you can access them across sessions
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, password resets)
  • Send marketing and product update emails (with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our tools and develop new features
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Respond to your support requests and communications
  • Comply with legal obligations

Essential Cookies

Required for the Service to function. These include session cookies for authentication and cookies that remember your preferences. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service.

Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data including pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources, and general demographic information. This data helps us improve the Service. 5. Third-Party Services

We work with the following third-party service providers who may process your data on our behalf:

Supabase

Database and authentication provider. Stores your account data, profile information, tool saves, and usage records. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Stripe

Payment processing. Handles all billing, subscription management, and payment card information. We never see or store your full card number.

MailerLite

Email marketing platform. Processes your email address for sending marketing communications, product updates, and newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time via links in our emails.

Google Analytics

Website analytics. Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can make improvements.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your data. We recommend reviewing their policies. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, which uses industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We implement access controls, secure authentication practices, and regular security reviews to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and your subscription is current. If your subscription expires or is canceled, we retain your data for 90 days to allow you to reactivate your account and regain access. After 90 days, your tool data, saves, and profile information may be permanently deleted.

Certain data may be retained longer if required by law, for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements), or if you have an outstanding balance. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions
  • Export: Request a portable copy of your data in a commonly used format
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us
  • Restrict processing: Request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights
  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties and have not done so in the preceding 12 months

To submit a CCPA request, email us at support@digitaldashboardhub.com with the subject line "CCPA Request." We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Legal basis: We process your data based on your consent (e.g., marketing emails), contract performance (e.g., providing the Service), and legitimate interests (e.g., analytics and fraud prevention)
  • Data portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority

Note that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and third-party providers are located. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.

12. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. There is currently no industry standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals, but you can manage your cookie and tracking preferences using your browser settings and the Google Analytics opt-out tool referenced above.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email or through a notice on the Service. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
